With a Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine from San Raffaele University in Milan and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi, Monica combines extensive experience in Life Sciences R&D, specialized in gene therapy, with a business-driven approach to development.

 

Monica strives to generate impact through innovation and the creation of new ventures in science and technology, an orientation she applies in her current role in the Life Sciences area at Neva.

 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, sharing her passion for sports, nature  and German culture.
