ESG Team Manager and Research and Innovation

 

Matteo has more than 30 years of work experience in technologies. He began his professional career first as an entrepreneur in the ICT sector and subsequently in an ICT consultancy company as responsible for offering IT security services.

 

He joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 2003, covering various roles in the fields of cybersecurity, organisation, corporate and research and development on innovative technologies. He coordinated the set up of the competence centers for the Group in the Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience fields, developing an active innovation ecosystem that still involves start-ups, scientific researchers and corporate companies.

 

At Neva SGR he deals with research and innovation, ESG and the operations of the Investment Team, coordinating the network of experts and providing data, analysis and tools to the Partners and the Investment Team to best evaluate investments.

 

In 2023 he was appointed ESG Team Manager for the Neva First and Neva First Italia Funds and in 2024 he was appointed ESG Team Manager for the Neva II and Neva II Italia Funds.

 

Musician and dancer, he is passionate about all-round technologies, he loves photography, dancing, traveling and cooking.
